A: According to the Terms of Service / Cancellation Policy agreed upon at the time of booking *As noted in 7 and 8:
– Changes or Cancellations made 1–2 days before: 80% cancellation fee applies.
– Changes or Cancellations made on the same day: 100% cancellation fee applies.
Q: How can I pay the cancellation fee?
A: Payment can be made with the credit card. Cash payment at the store is also acceptable; however, please note that the payment deadline remains the same, so please make sure to avoid our closed days.
Q: When is the payment deadline for cancellation fees?
Q: What happens if I don’ pay the cancellation fee?
A: The deadline is within 5 days from the cancellation date. (e.g., if canceled on April 5, payment must be made by April 9).
If the payment is not made within this period, our legal counsel will automatically file a disclosure request based on your personal information (name, phone number, email address, address, and IP address) provided at the time of booking. Additional costs incurred during this process will also be charged. Therefore, the total bill is expected to be quite high. Payment extensions are not allowed under any circumstances.
Q: Why are cancellation fees charged?
A: For reservation-based businesses, last-minute cancellations have a greater impact than you might imagine. Especially at our store, unlike restaurants, it is rare for canceled slots to be filled by walk-in customers. That is why we charge cancellation fees for cancellations made within 2 days prior. Thank you for your understanding.
Q: Do cancellation fees apply regardless of the reasons?
A: As stated in Terms of Service / Cancellation Policy, full exemptions of cancellation fees are not available in all circumstances.
However, in cases of unavoidable circumstances such as illness, ceremonial occasions, or public transportation delays, we will refund 50% of the cancellation fee on your rescheduled workshop day. After paying the cancellation fee, please notify us via LINE.
Q: Do cancellation fees apply to reservation changes?
A: Yes. According to the Terms of Service/ Cancellation Policy agreed upon at the time of booking *As noted in 7 and 8:

Q: Can I cancel a reservation for one person?
A: Example case: cancellation on the day of the workshop
If one person out of two cannot attend, the cancellation fee will apply only to that individual. Alternatively, the remaining person can create the ring for the absent individual, or staff can make it as a custom order. In this case, there is no need to cancel; simply pay for the reserved number of participants at the store.
Q: Can I reverse my cancellation?
A: Cancellations cannot be reversed due to system limitations.
