As stated in Terms and Conditions / Cancellation Policy agreed upon at the time of booking *As noted in 7 and 8:
– Changes or Cancellations made 1–2 days before: 80% cancellation fee applies.
– Changes or Cancellations made on the same day: 100% cancellation fee applies.

This completed the cancellation process.
For changes, after canceling your reservation, you can rebook for a new date.
